By using cvdost.com ("CV Dost", "the Service") you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CV Dost provides online tools to create, format and download CVs, resumes and biodata, along with guides and samples. Features and access options may change, and some features may in future be offered as part of a subscription or paid plan.
2. Your content
You own the content you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to use any photo or signature you add. Do not create false or misleading documents.
3. Storage
Your documents are stored in your browser. Clearing browser data, private browsing or changing devices can remove them. Use Save backup to keep a copy. We are not responsible for loss of data stored on your device.
4. Samples and guides
Samples use fictional people and placeholder contact details. Guides are general information, not professional career or legal advice. Always follow the instructions in the specific job notification or employer's application form.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent or misleading use.
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the website.
6. Intellectual property
The CV Dost name, logo, designs, templates, text and code belong to CV Dost. You may use documents you create for your own applications. You may not resell or redistribute our templates or content.
7. No guarantee
We cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, matches, or acceptance by any employer, portal or tracking system.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CV Dost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
