By accessing or using cvdost.com ("CV Dost", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CV Dost provides an online tool to create, format and download curricula vitae (CVs) and resumes. Features, templates and access options may change, be added or be withdrawn at any time, and some features may in future be offered as part of a subscription or paid plan.

2. Your content

You own all content you enter into the Service. You are responsible for ensuring the information in your CV is accurate and truthful and that you have the right to use any photo you upload. CV Dost does not review, verify or endorse your content.

3. Storage and backups

Your CV is saved in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data, using private/incognito mode or switching devices may cause it to be lost. We recommend using the Export option to keep a backup. We are not responsible for loss of data stored on your device.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the website.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The CV Dost name, logo, website design, templates and code are owned by CV Dost. You may use CVs you create with our templates for your personal job applications. You may not resell or redistribute our templates.

6. No guarantee of results

We work hard to provide professional, readable templates, but we cannot guarantee that using CV Dost will result in interviews, job offers or that your CV will be accepted by any particular employer or applicant tracking system.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Dost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Third-party services

The website may include services or links from third parties (for example Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
